OH MY GOODNESSSSS! Your babies are adorable! I'm looking forward to seeing them on my dash! As for tips... it's hard -really hard- to make time to get to a gym, so I just don't even kid myself by getting a membership. I stopped buying junkfood... if it's not at home, I won't eat it! I frequently snack on carrots or store bought edamame. I eat tons of salad and turkey sandwiches, which is fine with me and not really a sacrifice bc I LOVE both. Since summer's rolling around, I try to get a good swim in as much as possible. It doesn't take long to swim 25 laps, so it's not like you have to get a sitter for long. I also ride my bike, but that would be hard since you have the two boys. You could probably just substitute it with a stroll... plus, they would love it! Anyways, mainly food. Just don't eat junk. I don't eat fastfood- EVER. The closest thing to fastfood that I eat would be Subway- skip the sauce and cheese though if you're really looking to cut back. You seem pretty fit to me, so I think just a few minor adjustments in your everyday routine would give you the results you're looking for. Since you don't have a whole lot of body fat, I wouldn't expect any immediate results... Like I said, just make minor adjustments to your eating habits and get it a little exercise everyday. Sweating a bit will make you feel great! Oh, also, don't ever skip breakfast! I usually eat 2 packs of oatmeal made with milk mixed with 1 packet of splenda. I have a small cup of 100% juice and then my coffee. Between breakfast and lunch, I'll have an apple or some sort of fruit. I hope this helps a little. I'm sort of just rambling so please pardon my lack of organization. My thoughts are just free flowing at the moment, lol. Good luck! -Z

i tried to find your ask on your page but i didn’t see one, i’m probably just being an idiot. thank you so much for the tips! i am actually doing pretty well with staying motivated to exercise- i have an elliptical, i walk with the boys, do a pilates or jillian michaels video. my problem is definitely food. i cannot stop eating crappy food! i have such a sweet tooth, and i definitely eat when i’m bored and that makes for a really bad combination. hopefully some willpower will kick in sometime soon, because i really cannot stand that my ass seems to be growing as opposed to shrinking! argh.

Ya just have to stop buying the bad stuff…. that way, the only options you have are healthy. I have a bad sweet tooth as well. Sometimes I get the sugar free fat free instant pudding to cure that. It really takes the edge off.
